More pictures of Tarawa

This is the school bus or "Taxi" the Moroni High students were using.

These ladies were scaling fish outside.  When I talked to them they were happy to tell me that they were members of the Church.

I thought this looked too little to be a house and I found out it was a bathroom.             


 This is one of the Church buildings.  Not all of the ward houses are without walls, but this one has no walls at all. 

There are at least seven wards and two Stakes on this island. 

Fences are made of braided palm fronds.
